Dr. John Dietrich II has been happily serving the Wisconsin Rapids area since 2000. A native of Onalaska, WI, and since taking his first high school anatomy class, he always had a strong interest in healthcare. While attending the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, he found a love for Chiropractic and then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. After graduation in 1999, he and his wife Jackie made Wisconsin Rapids their home.

As a Chiropractor who has been in practice for over 20 years, Dr. Dietrich draws upon numerous experiences and uses a vast array of techniques to walk with a person on their journey back to health. Dr. John has expanded his learning above and beyond what the state of Wisconsin requires. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is certified in the Neurologic Relief Centers Technique (NRCT) that works with the upper cervical spine to restore function of the nervous system. Dr. John has also been trained as a Life Coach through the Newfield Network. He uses these skills to assess the “whole person” as he works with the members of the practice.

Dr. Dietrich has competed and worked at numerous levels of athletic events. He was a member of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse 6 time National Champion Track & Field team where he was a Long and Triple Jumper. His freshman year he played basketball for UW-La Crosse as well. He has worked local events including the South Wood County YMCA Triathlon, The Wisconsin State Waterski Show and he volunteered his time to be the “Cowboy Chiropractor” for the Children’s Miracle Network Bull Riding Challenge. While in Chiropractic school, he worked the Iowa Rodeo Circuit and supported the Bix Road Race. He also worked at the 1998 Illinois Special Olympics Winter Games.

The highlight of his Chiropractic career was when Dr. John was selected to work on the World and National stage. He was invited to work at the 1998 IronMan Triathlon in Hawaii and at the 1999 Boston Marathon. He worked at the bike / run transition and triage at the finish line of the IronMan. At the Boston Marathon, He worked the finish line and then adjusted the runners after the race.

Dr. John enjoys a well-balanced practice with people from the very young to the senior, individuals to families and he uses the knowledge from his education, athletic events and his work experience to treat the “Athlete” in all of us.

In his spare time, Dr John enjoys spending quality time with his family - his wife Jackie; daughter Josie; and his two sons Trey and Jackson.
